There's an issue with the Samsung LCD and Plasma TVs. We personally experianced the issue that most people are having. The TV will not turn on, led blinking, relay clicking but no picture or picture comes on after 5-10 minutes later.

Problem:
Capacitors on the power supply boards starting to bulge or leaking. It's our opinion the voltage is too low on the original caps and they're too close to a heatsink causing an early failure.
